Psychological Features of the Personality That Promote Adaptation in Conditions of Innovations Introduction

Abstract: 

The review of scientific publications on a ratio of the psychological features of the personality promoting adaptation in the conditions of organizational changes, namely in conditions of innovations introduction is provided in article. Main attention is paid to the concept of psychological readiness for risk, creativity and adaptation opportunities of the personality. Interesting thought is given that creativity, or ability of the personality to creativity not only promotes development of innovative activity, but also serves as the adaptable mechanism helping to endure the negative consequences of a stress caused by changes.
